  • Exceptional Marketing: Jodi completed her MBA at DePaul University in Chicago with a concentration in Marketing and Marketing Strategies.  She understands that the 'one size fits all' concept is not always effective in real estate and continuously evolves her strategies around the particular home or client, and finds what works in that specific market. Whether its professional videography, photography, virtual tours, realtor opens, or community events, Jodi will identify and execute the most effective strategy.  
  • Market Analysis: In earning an engineering degree at Michigan State University and an MBA at DePaul University, Jodi built a strong foundation in financial and market analysis.  Jodi has continued to refine these skills through her real estate career by utilizing cutting edge technology to study trends, the most accurate market data to evaluate comparable sales, and prides herself on having an intimate understanding of the markets she represents.

Jodi has continued to hone her negotiations skills by negotiating and closing over $30 million in residential sales, and counting.
