360 HOME TOURS & HOME VIDEO: While our luxury photos do a beautiful job capturing the home in its best light, there are times when certain features or aspects of the home would be better communicated in person (such as layout and views). Given that buyers for Phoenix real estate can be coming from across the country or even from around the world, we know "in-person" is not always possible or the most convenient.  Our 360 Virtual Home Tours (including "doll house" perspective) and Home Videos overcome any logistical challenges for buyers, by giving them a realistic and immersive way to experience our home listings, from the comforts of wherever they are.  This allows buyers to "walk-through" the properties on their own time, with great detail, and feel like they know the home intimately before stepping through the front door!

LIVE HOME TOUR EVENTS: Get the neighborhood involved! Some real estate agents will say Open Houses don't bring in buyers, they just bring in curious neighbors who aren't looking to buy.  We happen to LOVE curious neighbors!  Many times they are the biggest proponents of the community and area, and know other people who would like to live there as well (family, friends or co-workers).  We want everyone to know about your great home and we set up events that will specifically get the neighbors to come out, view your home, and become part of the process of getting it sold.  We regularly offer a food truck or an ice cream truck and make your Open House a Neighborhood Event! The more eyes and people that get to see your home, the more potential buyers you will have, and that all transaltes to better sales terms for you!
